3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Ensure all information provided remains accurate and up to date

4. Use of the Platform

Brands and agencies using Opsero are responsible for:

- Ensuring lawful advertising and marketing practices
- Paying creators according to agreed campaign terms
- Maintaining respectful and professional communication
- Obtaining all necessary rights for campaign materials and content usage
Opsero acts solely as a technology platform and does not guarantee campaign performance, engagement rates, sales outcomes, or influencer availability.
6. Influencer & Creator Responsibilities
Creators and influencers using Opsero agree to:
- Provide authentic and accurate profile information
- Comply with applicable advertising disclosure regulations
- Deliver campaign content as agreed with brands or agencies
- Avoid misleading claims, fake engagement, or any fraudulent activity
- Respect intellectual property rights and brand guidelines
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed through separate written contracts with brands or agencies.
7. Payments & Billing
Certain features or services on Opsero may require paid subscriptions or service fees. By purchasing any service, you agree that:
- Fees are charged according to the selected plan or agreement
- Payments must be completed on time
- Applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees may apply
- Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled in advance
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or restricted access to services.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including software, logos, branding, design elements, databases, dashboards, features, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Opsero or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from Opsero.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content you submit to the platform.
10. Data & Analytics
Opsero may provide campaign insights, creator metrics, audience analytics, and performance data sourced from public platforms, integrations, or third-party providers.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all analytics, engagement data, or third-party information will always be complete, error-free, or up to date.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Opsero may integrate with third-party platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, payment gateways, and analytics providers.
Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Opsero is not responsible for third-party platform availability, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms.
12. Confidentiality
Users agree not to disclose confidential business information obtained through the platform, including:
- Campaign strategies and marketing plans
- Influencer lists and relationship data
- Pricing information and commercial terms
- Reports, analytics, and performance data
- Business communications and correspondence
This confidentiality obligation survives account termination.
13. Suspension & Termination

- Payments remain overdue
- Platform security is threatened
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Opsero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Campaigns will achieve expected results or ROI
- Influencer collaborations will generate sales or measurable outcomes
- Third-party integrations will always function without interruption
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opsero shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Campaign failures or underperformance
- Data inaccuracies originating from third parties
- Delays caused by external platforms or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Opsero in the preceding 12 months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opsero, its employees, directors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of applicable laws or regulations
- Content uploaded or submitted by you
- Disputes between brands, agencies, and creators

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
